Noordhoek Farm Village sits in the heart of the Noordhoek Community and is well known in the South Peninsula as lifestyle destination due to the restaurants, shopping and services available 7 days a week. In the centre of the village is a village green and bandstand – which has been home to regular children’s activities, numerous community based events and is a focal point of Noordhoek Farm Village.

The bandstand is a great place to host a function or promote, exhibit or showcase a product or service to the Noordhoek Farm Village visitors. The latter is ideal for small or medium size entrepreneurs particularly in the South Peninsula.

Noordhoek Farm Village and Noordhoek Tourism are offering promotional space on the bandstand for a nominal fee to businesses located for promotional display, community involvement initiatives and product or service awareness demonstrations and sales. Exhibitions are welcome.

Noordhoek Farm Village and Noordhoek Tourism will assist with marketing of your promotion via existing marketing channels and social networking platforms- e.g. Facebook and Twitter, subject to material and information being supplied timeously.

Businesses and services who are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity are invited to apply in writing to the Noordhoek Tourism office by filling in an application form. A covering letter indicating your plan is recommended and could include

■The nature of your business, service or community initiative.
■Product description and the aim of your promotion.
■Description of your planned exhibition, display or promotion or activities on the bandstand.
■Any planned marketing supporting your promotion (e.g. flyer distribution)
■Your requested dates, days and time slot preferences for the bandstand.
■Indicate whether you require any of the following:
■Security
■Electrical
■Cleaning
■Vehicle access
Slots will be allocated according to availability and schedule and should not conflict with existing tenants in the Noordhoek Farm Village Retail Space.
The following fees are applicable:

■Charities: R100
■Individual businesses: R350
■Private individuals for venue hire e.g. kids parties, private meals: R200
■Group rates are negotiable depending on numbers and promotion.
