Booking Conditions
= All reservations must be confirmed by email and
requires a 50% deposit. The balance to be settled at
departure. .
= Check-out time is 11:00 - check in 15:00.
= A no-show fee will be raised if a guaranteed
reservation is not taken up, see our cancellation
policy further on this page.
Cancellation Policy
= Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival
date: 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
= Cancellation between 30 and 90 days prior to arrival
date: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
= Cancellation between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival
date: the deposit will not be refunded.
= Cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival
date: the deposit will not be refunded and if the
room cannot be resold for the booked period, the
client will be responsible for the full amount of
the booking
